Nightly rates:​

  • Period from April 19 to June 14 200 euros per night (Minimum 7 nights) beyond negotiable

  • Period from June 14 to August 30 244 euros per night (Minimum 7 nights) beyond negotiable

  • Period from August 30 to September 27 212 euros per night (Minimum 7 nights) beyond negotiable

  • Period from September 27 to April 11, 2026 180 euros per night (Minimum 7 nights) beyond negotiable

The price includes a set of household linen:
4 large towels, 4 small towels, bed sheets.

Payment terms:

  • 50% to reserve balance 10 days before arrival. If balance not paid, cancellation without refund.

Practical information on check-in / check-out:

  • Arrival: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

  • Departure: before 11 a.m.

⚠️ A supplement of €45 will be requested for arrivals after 7 p.m., to be paid on site.
